Some parts impressed, others didn’t

The staff was exceptional, especially our butler who went above and beyond to enhance our stay! Food quality varied, but the Italian restaurant's French toast and the steakhouse impressed.

Though the seafood was decent, some dishes were inconsistently prepared and needed improvement. The towels, both in rooms and pool, lacked quality, detracting from the overall experience.

Awesome butler service, clean room. Wi-Fi was a bit weak. Would return!

The personal butler was incredible, truly took care of everything we needed. The pools were stunning, and the drinks were great, just had to find the right bartender.

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but honestly worth every penny.

The roof-top jetted tub provided an incredible view, ideal for a romantic evening. Food was hit-or-miss. while the buffet breakfast offered plenty of options, the seafood sometimes fell short, being slightly overcooked. Excellent service from the attentive butlers made our anniversary truly special, especially the thoughtful touches like special room decor. The pools were well-maintained and the atmosphere relaxing, enhancing our overall experience.

We enjoyed the beautiful beach, where long walks at sunrise were a highlight. The staff was friendly and attentive, especially our butler, who made our stay truly enjoyable. The premium drinks and diverse food options kept things exciting during our family getaway.

In my wife’s opinion, the music by the pool was unpleasant. She wished there was a quieter area for relaxation, especially for families seeking solace.

The scenery from the rooftop terrace was stunning, especially at sunset.

The air conditioning in our room was barely working, making it uncomfortably warm at night.

Our recent stay was incredible! Francisco, our butler, was so helpful in finding my lost sunglasses, making everything easy. The food was delicious, especially at the Japanese restaurant—the best dining experience. The swim-up suite was as dreamy as it looked online. I was pleasantly surprised!

I just had a phenomenal stay that felt like pure bliss! The One Bedroom Suite with Hot Tub was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for unwinding. The staff was incredibly attentive, and I loved the personalized service, especially from my butler who made sure every detail was taken care of!

Had a fantastic time during our stay! The rooftop suite with an outdoor hot tub was incredible, providing stunning ocean views that made our mornings special. Every single staff member was incredibly attentive, especially Junior by the pool and Roberto, our butler, who ensured everything was perfect for us. My only downside was the beach had a bit of sargassum, but overall, it was a memorable vacation. Can't wait to return!

Our stay was amazing. The swim-up suite made access to the pool super easy. The beach area had plenty of lounge chairs. The staff were always friendly and attentive. Dining options provided a great variety of food! 🌴

The resort was beautifully landscaped, with elegant decor and friendly staff. I particularly enjoyed the spacious layout allowing easy access to the beach, pool, and dining areas, making it perfect for seniors like myself.

More shaded seating areas would improve comfort for seniors.

great beach access and easy walks to local nightlife hotspots

I really enjoyed how close the beautiful Arena Gorda Beach was, just under 4 km away, which made for a lovely day trip, and the nearby ORO Nightclub was perfect for dancing the night away, just a 20-minute walk from my room. the friendly staff also made my stay that much more enjoyable, catering to my needs as a solo traveler looking to explore the area more widely.

majestic mirage was just amzin! the staff were super friendly, especially junior who helped us by the pool, and jose who booked all our fun activities. our butler roberto was super respectful n made our stay really comfy! the restaurants were also great, especially the french one, and the beach was always clean and beautiful.

but we did find a couple bugs in our room at first, and there wasn't much to do at night when we stayed.
